Note on Bookkeeping Volume

Each of our packages are designed to meet the needs of most small and growing businesses.
For businesses with higher transaction volumes than included in your package, additional bookkeeping transactions may be charged separately. This ensures your accounts are accurate, up to date, and compliant with HMRC requirements.
Where transaction volumes consistently exceed your package allowance, we may recommend moving to a more suitable package to provide the best value for your business.

Transaction Definition:

-
Includes invoices, supplier bills, bank receipts/payments, and payroll entries.
-
Example: One invoice + one bank receipt = two transactions.
-
Exclusions: VAT returns, HMRC submissions, and advisory services do not count toward the transaction total.
